We stand behind our products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for items purchased through quiethoursclub.com.

Return Conditions

Your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free from odour, stains, or damage
  • Returned with proof of purchase

We inspect all returns. Items that don't meet these conditions will be returned to you without refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items showing signs of wear or washing
  • Items damaged through use

How to Return (UK)

  1. Email support@quiethoursclub.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We'll send you instructions on how to return

  3. Pack your item securely

  4. Drop at your nearest carrier using the label provided

Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
